Just want to give a shout out to "Jane", on the hotel's kitchen staff for her excellent customer-service skills and the fact that she was instrumental in helping get a guest's purse back that the guest has left behind. Great personality!

Needed to check-in 30 mins early to change clothing for a 3:00 funeral. Just drove 5 hrs. Attendant demonstrated zero flexibility. We had to change in the public restroom. Could there not have been one room that we could have used? Particularly for a very good Marriott member. Hard to believe that no room were ready when official check-in was 30 mins later. Indicates poor leadership/management to me.

I do apologize that the front desk wouldn't allow early check in, I will address this and it does not reflect the management leadership as I always allow early check in if available and so should my staff. My team is supposed to do this for all guest and especially for our IHG members. I will address this again with the front desk

Nice stay
This was my first stay at the Fairfield Hotel in Eastchase. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The mattress sank as I sat on it but still very comfy. The hot water was a bit shy at first but after letting the water run for several minutes it did not disappoint. The room was pretty spacious, and I love that there was both a microwave and refrigerator in there too. Breakfast was hot and very good with lots of options. I’d come back for a future stay.

Filthy ftom the elevator to through the room.
We changed rooms 3 times due to uncleanness and missing or broken items. Additional points hardly covers $400 and a ruined weekend.

Stayed here because of our dog. Grounds for walking were expansive and very good. Room was middle of the road as far as cleanliness. The bed was crap, really worn out. Price was too high for what you get and the dog fee exhorbitant. We did not eat here, so no comment on that.

It seems so nice and new on the outside but looks old on the inside. We entered our room with a letter stating that there is a shortage of linens. My parents room had water damage near the bathroom. It doesn't seem like a branch of Marriot at all!

Well first the clerk was rude with my aunt saying he just shows up to work and leaves, the TVs also didn’t work, there was a fire outside my window so I smelled smoked and burning most of the night. The room had random plastic wear in it that was used, the tubs were not properly cleaned and neither was the toilet.

Best hotel stay I’ve had in 3 years! Professional and friendly staff! Loved the cleanliness and the free water at the front desk. The free breakfast was so much better than that at most hotels! Great stay!!!

The tv isn’t working. Apparently it’s all across the hotel. Very disappointed. Otherwise, it’s fine. The man at the front desk, Jacoby, was very friendly and helpful.

The location was great for us as we were in town for my husband’s surgery. The outside of the hotel looked new to us and as we walked it new as well. That was not the case as we got into our room. The room needs a bunch of TLC. The bed was awful. I appreciated the lamp by the bed with electrical hook ups. All in all, the room was ok for our one night stay.

Reliable modrately priced option
We travel from FL to OK about 3 times a year. We always stay at this hotel. Its clean offers a great free breakfast and is easy to find.
