Great place for small family lakeside getaway. All features were advertised as such. Would absolutely stay here again. Many things to sustain like great response by owner through messaging. A few improves, clean up many spiderwebs on outside furniture, grill and back patio area prior to guest arrival. Possibly offer use of dock boat lift during stay. Overall great place and hospitality by host.

What a beautiful home! Lovely neighborhood and neighbors, on a gated street. The house itself was beyond our expectations, it was even better than the pictures. Everything that you could possibly need, was provided, showing the owner really thought out how to make the stay enjoyable for everyone. The view outside was amazing and perfect for watching the sunrise and relaxing. 10/10!

Absolutely Amazing!This home is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, roomy and extremely comfortable for four friends on a Girls’ Trip. We loved the views from the large windows and relaxing by the pool. Jeff was an excellent host. He quickly responded to text messages and questions. We would love to go back again!

Thank You for sharing your beautiful vacation home. We could not have asked for a better vacation on the lake. As soon as you open the front door you see straight out the full set of windows to look out at the lake. The pool and hot tub are amazing, you can watch the boaters and jet skies go by. My husband truley enjoyed the fishing with all the different species of fish caught.we really appreciated having all the amenities of home. You're doing a great service to the vacationing community, don't change a single thing, Again me, my husband and family thank you. Hope to visit your home again in our future vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation.

Great location and excellent amenities in the house. Quiet and secure cul de sac. The pool was clean and clear with a wonderful view of the lake. Lots of windows allowing for picturesque views of the lake. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Incredible home with the most beautiful views of Lake Conroe. Our family enjoyed our stay, utilizing the hot tub, fishing right off the dock, along with the beautiful amenities!! The host was very responsive with any questions we might have had. I highly recommend and plan on coming back!!!

The house was great! Location was excellent! The views from the pool/deck were amazing! My sisters and I had a fun, relaxing time in this beautiful and well equipped home! We only had 1 issue with the hot tub, but Jeff, the owner was quick to get it resolved. We would definitely rent this property again!
