In the spring & summer step out the back door and discover breathtaking hiking trails, challenge yourself on Jay Peak's renowned golf course, or effortlessly celebrate with your wedding guests and friends at nearby Crofter's Green. Your home away from home, where there is something for every adventure! We are delighted to welcome your furry family members! To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all our guests and neighbors, please kindly adhere to the following pet rules: We welcome ONE, well-behaved dog weighing up to 60 pounds. Prior Approval Required: All pets must be pre-approved before booking Pets must be listed on reservation when booking Pet friendly with a one-time fee of $38.50 (dogs only) Our Pet Policies: \- Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the house and within common areas of the property. \- Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of waste in the designated outdoor trash bins. \- Furniture & Bedding: Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds. If your pet typically uses furniture, please bring protective covers or blankets to place over our furnishings. \- Noise Control: Please ensure your pet's barking or noise is kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 10 PM - 8 AM) to respect our neighbors. \- No Unattended Pets: Pets should not be left unattended in the house unless they are crated. Little kids loved the available board games, adults and teens loved the fast wifi and great tvs..... Waterpark was great on Friday and skiing/snowboarding on Saturday was awesome.......Parking lot at Jay full on Saturday but we were so close, we could shuttle back and forth easily.......Snow plowing was great each day so no issues with all 6 cars we brought.
