Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?).

Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers.

The hotel is beautiful and the area around the hotel is also very pretty. The famous michelin restaurant was terrible, my food pigeon was really bad. Some other things were good, not for the price.

The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. Host had limited English and tried to explain what she could re hotel procedures, could do with a sheet explaining in English to help. Can’t park onsite, does not accept cards so cash only, breakfast ok evening meal disappointing. Local wine very good. Hotel quite noisy with other guests.
