  • Located between Arles, Nîmes, Avignon, and Uzès, a very charming, air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms: 1 bed (160x200) and 2 beds (140x190) (new bedding). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Separate toilet. Living room and lounge with large-screen TV/CanalSat. All channels + Netflix + Prime Video. Wi-Fi. Fully open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with all the utensils you’d find “just like at home.” 3 coffee makers: classic, Senseo, and Dolce Gusto. Facing south and west, a very large, semi-shaded 80m² L-shaped terrace that can be completely enclosed using two wooden barriers to block access to the pool. Gas BBQ and plancha. 8x4 pool, 1.50 m deep, with thalasso jets, maintained daily. Landscaped garden of approx. 600 m², fully fenced, and completely secluded. At the entrance, on the northeast side, large enclosed parking area for 4 vehicles. In this peaceful setting, you can relax by the pool or enjoy visiting the Palais des Papes, the Avignon Bridge, the Arles and Nîmes Amphitheatres… or wander through typical Provençal villages… Hiking, swimming in the river (15 km away), and amusement parks will delight the children.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Pascal et Marie-Claire. Ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, au-delà de la qualité du logement, c’est leur gentillesse, leur convivialité et leur accueil exceptionnel.Pascal et Marie-Claire sont deux personnes extrêmement sympathiques, attentionnées et serviables. Toujours disponibles si besoin, ils n’hésitent jamais à rendre service et font vraiment tout pour que leurs locataires se sentent bien. Nous avons également eu la très agréable surprise de recevoir des fruits de saison, une délicate attention qui résume parfaitement leur générosité et leur sens de l’hospitalité.L’extérieur est tout simplement à la hauteur de toutes nos espérances : une superbe piscine, une magnifique terrasse et tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter pleinement des beaux jours, avec plancha, barbecue et même un brasero. La piscine et la terrasse sont contrôlées et nettoyées quotidiennement, ce qui est très appréciable et témoigne du soin apporté aux lieux.Nous avons rarement rencontré des hôtes aussi accueillants et prévenants. Pascal et Marie-Claire contribuent largement à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage chez eux.Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir ! Un immense merci à Pascal et Marie-Claire pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et toutes leurs petites attentions.
