You are in the middle of nature while being 15 minutes from the emblematic Place de la Comédie (historic centre of Montpellier), 30 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the lake of Cres, the lake of Ceceles, the sources of the Lez, where you can swim and enjoy the magnificent hinterland of Montpellier (Pic Saint Loup).

La Casa du lez is a contemporary villa built in 2020. The house, with a surface area of more than 200m2, was built according to the latest generation standards: remote-controlled roller shutters, ducted air conditioning, heat pump (hot water), ultra modern kitchen, wine cellar. Relax.

La Casa du Lez has a beautiful landscaped garden, with children's swings, 3 terraces with different exposures allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day (or to get in the shade of a too intense sun), an outdoor swimming pool (7m x 4m) secured by a submerged roller shutter, controlled with a remote control.

On request, the swimming pool can be heated and is therefore usable all year round.

The terraces are equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, tables and plancha.

Take advantage of the leisure facilities offered by the villa: petanque court, ping pong table and table football.

The large kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cellar, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...), central island and granite worktop.
