On the ground floor, you will enter through the large main room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) opening onto the living room, TV, and two sofas. A hallway leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a TV. A separate toilet is also available. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. A separate toilet is available with a washbasin. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, accessible from the outside only. Terrace and private grounds of 1500 m² on a 12-hectare estate, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. 3 parking spaces are available on the property.
