- The villa "Duxcaar" is situated on a 23,000 sqm plot in a very quiet area in the heart of the Périgord. The villa has a large pool and is surrounded by a 200m2 sun terrace, which is partly covered. A large barbeque area and high-quality seating and loungers allow a perfect vacation. If required, a guest cottage can also be rented.
The 260sqm living space is elegantly furnished in a country house style and technically up to date. This also includes the charging station for the electric car.
In the cool season, a fireplace invites you to cozy hours and in the garden you will see a deer passing by every now and then.
Try your skills on the hasue's own boules alley and even in the hottest summer you will always find a shady place to relax under old trees.
