"Beautiful property, well taken care of. Unit was immaculate and bed comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the mountains. "

"The Lodge is separate from the main casino building and I didn't know the reception desk at the Lodge is closed. Had to get back in the car and drive up to the main building in order to check in. There was no hot water for the bathroom sink, but there was for the shower. So, we made do since we only stayed for two nights and were gone all day. The lights between the two beds didn't work. There was no refrigerator, guess I missed that bit of information when picking the room. Beds were a little springy. Other than that, we liked the quiet location and the room was clean. Staff were friendly."

"We had to have the direct TV box replaced because it kept losing signal. The ironing board supplied by the hotel was bent and unusable. When the maids cleaned the room they forgot to replace the coffee pouches. It's a clean facility but it has ageing interior items."

"The breakfast was not a breakfast at all. Old donuts, some muffins but the coffee station was completely broken and not working at all. Nothing to eat but a mini blueberry muffin or a stale donut. Horrible breakfast. Bed was comfortable but the whole lobby smelled like smoke and the card I used to pay for the room in person for 'incendentals"was hacked a couple days later and was not used anywhere else so I era it was NOT a great experience. Plus Expedia charged more than what the hotel would have charged. "

"Free self-serve laundry machines next to the office. The hot tub near the pool was down for 2 days during our stay and when back up was not hot, just warm. After a day of hiking, it helps to soak in the tub. WiFi was slow and at times unresponsive. Friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable stay otherwise. The location is in a nice spot."

"Half of the room is bed the other is open space. The chair provided was a metal folding chair. When I asked if any other room maybe had a chair that one of use could use to watch tv - we were told no and offered another metal chair. The bed has one side table and the other side is so close to the wall I had to be careful not to knock into it at night. We used towels on the door base to shield the lights from the hall lights. But nothing could help the noise that began at 545 AM. "

"Quiet, comfortable room with character. We enjoyed our stay before our tour of Montezuma's Well and Castle. Great front porch to relax on. "
