Montezuma Castle National Monument

I recently stayed at Treasure Island and, unfortunately, the experience confirmed what many other reviewers have said — the hotel is overdue for a major update. I first stayed here in the 90s when it was one of the best properties on the Strip, so returning with my family this time was quite disappointing. Upon check‑in, I immediately requested a room change, assuming the first room I was given simply hadn’t been refurbished. The duty manager, Rohith, moved us to a higher floor, but the room was identical. Despite our request, there was little effort made to offer a better view or an improved room. While the staff mentioned availability, I’m not convinced that was the real issue. Overall, the hotel no longer meets the standard it once had. I won’t be staying here again unless it undergoes a proper update. It’s worth spending a little more elsewhere for a far better experience. I have given this review a 3 star simply due to location.

This place was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~
