I appreciated that the most. While the yard was small for large dogs, we managed very well. The bed was super comfortable and it was -just a wonderful place! It's about 25-30 minutes from Sedona AZ and the drive back and forth was pleasant enough. 10/10 would stay in this clean, cute, tiny home again. The place had everything you need and is very well decorated and maintained. The hosts possibly live right next door and were responsive via messages. We wish we stayed for a couple more nights to enjoy the amenities. It was rural enough and had a lot of privacy, but still close enough to Sedona to go there and visit during the day! The host was very kind and responsive whenever I had any questions. It was immaculately clean. We loved the outdoor area eating area. They even had a Netflix account for guests - I have never experienced that before at a rental. It's close to Sedona, Flagstaff or just relax on your private patio with a fenced yard for rover to roam. The remodeled RV is well kept & stocked with everything you need. The inside & outside has well thought out details like bbq, fire pit, lighted walkway, electric fireplace, frig, washer/dryer. TV & WiFi are optional but I suggest relaxing under the stars.
