Staff were helpful and pleasant. Their parking is in the hotel itself (unlike others in the area where it is a block away). Convenient. Clean. More of a short term apartment rental. Kitchenette. Located conveniently in the old city. There are the odd homeless people sleeping in nearby streets, but that is experienced throughout the old quarter.
