Welcome to our Design Loft Lagunillas A comfortable and cool space in the Punta Carretas neighborhood. A place of design, spacious and quiet in the most exclusive area of Montevideo. New space, in a newly opened, contemporary building. Public terrace with grill\* and laundry for laundry in building sector. Excellent location, comfort and design.  
\* The use of grill is by reservation and has an additional cost of 30 USD ( includes cleaning )

I have to admit that I wasn’t aware this was a "studio" type apartment. I was expecting a separate bedroom, rather than the all-in-one lodging. Granted, everything was in good working order. I believe that some of the pictures accompanying this property might be misleading. I also had some misgivings about communication, given that I tried to contact the owner two or three times with questions that I had. All in all though, it served our needs nicely.

#### Hospitality on point!

We had a lovely stay. Merlin’s was a very gracious host, very responsive. Everything went smoothly. Just one warning: the water comes out of the faucets extremely hot. Don’t hurt yourself. It is a small space but there is some closet space available to help keep it manageable even for us and we were there 8 days.
