"We stayed at Loredana and Maurizio’s beautiful house in July 2026. The house and garden is absolutely gorgeous and accommodated two families perfectly. The garden is beautiful and very big, with a big pool, a tennis court, table tennis etc. - a lot to do! The house has air conditioning which is nice during hot summer months. Loredana and Maurizio were really kind and such welcoming hosts. The communication was really easy and they helped us to organise a local chef to come and cook us dinner at the house. The area is beautiful with a lot to do. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Loredana and Maurizio!"

"Great location if wanting to explore the many beaches, we did many seaside drives, staff very friendly, absolutely love that I was able to text back-and-forth with the front desk with any questions or concerns on the WhatsApp. They helped us get contact information for the nearby horse stables and also offer a shuttle service for us to take the shuttle to the train to go to Rome.We traveled with a two year-old and a four-year-old -property was safe and well maintained for them. they could essentially run freely. Would love if they could improve the breakfast, personally I would like more fresh fruit, bean and veggie dishes. They do have a washer available however it is a long cycle and only one washer available so if another guest has the key checked out, you have to wait. Again, staff was very friendly and attentive. Location worked very well for our needs cost was very affordable other guest staying at the hotel seemed like locals and that this is where they go for vacation, all being very friendly. Our apartment was very comfortable."

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla signora Sonia con grande cordialità e disponibilità. L'appartamento era impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto: pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si percepisce chiaramente l'attenzione che l' host ha dedicato al confort degli ospiti, con tante piccole accortezze che fanno la differenza. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrate durante tutto il soggiorno hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. Un host che consigliamo senza esitazione. È raro incontrare persone così accoglienti e premurose. Consigliamo questa struttura con tutto il cuore a chiunque desideri sentirsi accolto e coccolato durante il proprio soggiorno. Per noi è stata un'esperienza positiva che speriamo di poter ripetere presto. Grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità!" "
