Holiday home 'Badia Vecchia' is set in the countryside surrounding the charming medieval village of Monteverdi Marittimo. Built in Tuscan style with exposed beams and a private pool, it now features air conditioning in every room for summer 2024. Enjoy panoramic views of the green Val di Cornia hills—perfect for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany. The sandy beaches of Marina di Castagneto Carducci are just 22 km away.



The house offers two double bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) and a twin bedroom, all tastefully furnished. There are three bathrooms with showers, a living room with sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and moka pot. Wi-Fi internet is available. Interiors also feature antique furniture. Laundry room with washing machine. The property is 150 m² and accommodates up to 7 guests.



Outside, you’ll find two large furnished panoramic verandas, a private pool (5 x 3 m, open June–September) with sun loungers and umbrellas, plus an outdoor shower for cooling off after a swim.
