Esta casa es de una sola habitación, cuenta con un baño completo, cocina equipada, balcón, day-bed, un escritorio para trabajar y calefactor a leña. Es sumamente acogedora y espaciosa. Ideal para parejas, amigos, nómadas digitales y familias con bebé. MAUMA 2 es de una sola planta y tipo loft.   
El balcón es un punto muy privilegiado, perfecto para disfrutar de la hermosa vista al bosque y jardines, además de ser un sitio donde se puede observar la gran variedad de fauna que nos visita a diario.   
Estamos ubicados en un barrio seguro, la ruta hacia MAUMA cuenta iluminación en el trayecto y la propiedad es fácil de ubicar.
