We had an incredible stay at this place! The staff was incredibly kind, knew all the tours and kept the place in great vibes and clean! We loved it and would recommend it to people traveling alone, in group or family!

No AC, not needed, well ventilated, big ceiling fan. HUGE room, saw several parrots and other beautiful tropical birds out of the window. Fantastic staff, they were able to help us clean our laundry for a very low price. Great food! Perfect for families-gorgeous little find in the mountains for the price. Very worth it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jorge, our waiter, was extremely nice and gracious. Front desk gal, very helpful in getting our tour set for Cloud Forest and Swinging Bridges.

We booked two suits but only had one parking stall. Breakfast was minimal and didn’t start on time which caused us to have to eat and run to get to our tour. Dinner -pizza was really good but the other members of our party their meals - fish over cooked and potatoes still raw. Would not choose to stay here if we return.

Hot water works well but the bathroom, soap and blankets have a weird smell,I think it’s the soap they use. Checkout at the hotel changed it to 11 AM from noon. We didn’t enjoy our stay.

We got availability in this hotel when other hotels were fully booked, however the rooms are below average and not usable, no proper storages, bathrooms are not that great. We found bugs in the bathroom dustbin. Also the rates seem pretty high for the kind of room they provided.
