You will find a private entrance with garden, parking and outdoor dining area with barbecue. The property also boasts a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by nature and equipped with external shower, gazebo and sun loungers. The pool is provided with an electric locking system, and guests can open and close it as they please. Internal Description Villa al Vento is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are also 2 double sofa beds + 1 extra single bed to be used if necessary. Small pets are allowed on request. Internet Wifi available. Air conditioning is available both on the ground floor (1 unit in the living room and 1 unit in each bedroom) and on the first floor (1 unit in the living room and 1 unit in the bedroom). The villa is provided with an automatic locking system activating by a switch inside the house. Ground floor: You will welcomed by a bright living room with 2 sofas, tv and stereo. Floowing is an open space with large dining table, sofas, desk and large French window. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The road towards the house is somewhat bumpy but it is worth the ride :) Rooms are very spacious and all needed comfort (airco, tv, internet) is available and working properly. Enough beds and the most of the couches can be transformed to comfy sleeping beds. Swimming pool is really large and clean (with cleaning robot) including beds to lay in the sun. The village is nearby (3 min drive) and cities such as Sienna, Firenze, Arezzo and numerous other historical villages are within max 1 hour drive.
