Die Vermieter haben uns super freundlich und warmherzig empfangen. Sie waren immer per whats app oder telefonisch ansprechbar und haben uns sehr geholfen, eine gute Autowerkstatt zu finden als wir uns den Außenspiegel beschädigt hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles nötige war vorhanden! Im Kühlschrank wurden wir sogar mit einer flasche Weißwein empfangen, ebenso waren Teebeutel und ein paar Kekse vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat gut gearbeitet, ist allerdings etwas ungünstig angebracht. Ein Element kühlt den Wohnraum und ein weiteres leider hauptsächlich den Flur, so dass man es lange laufen lassen muss, damit etwas auch in den anderen Räumen ankommt. Aber insgesamt reicht es dann auch für Kinderzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnbreich ist ausreichend groß auch für 4 Personen, das Schlafzimmer ist großzügig. Einzig das Bad und das Kinderzimmer sind recht klein. Da wir aber tagsüber sehr oft unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkons, die aber auch recht klein waren, um zu viert dort zu sitzen - für zwei Personen sind sie aber völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, wo zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm bereitstehen. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. ##### Karin W. Ich wurde sehr herzlich von Roberto empfangen. Bei der Ankunft am Flughafen in Pescara bot mir Roberto einen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Ankunft an, welche ich natürlich mit großer Freude dankend angenommen habe. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hat sich die Zeit genommen, mir während der Fahrt zur Unterkunft grob einen ersten Eindruck und Überblick von Pescara zu erhalten, was ich sehr bemerkenswert fand. Angekommen in der Unterkunft, erwartete mich ein sauberes und schönes Apartment. Es wurde sich Mühe gegeben, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Von der Größe der Wohnung bin ich mir sicher, dass es für eine 4-köpfige Familie optimal wäre. In der Zeit meines Aufenthaltes haben Renovierungsarbeiten an der Fassade stattgefunden, welche mich selbst nicht gestört haben. Ich wurde bereits vor Urlaubsantritt gewarnt und darauf hingewiesen. Bravo Die Lage des Objekts ist traumhaft direkt am Strand und wie beschrieben knappe 50 m entfernt. Der Strand war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Allgemeinen habe ich mich als Fremder schnell zurechtgefunden. Die Einheimischen sind ebenfalls hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Für Urlauber, die es lieber etwas ruhiger mögen, ist der Ort perfekt. Ich bedanke mich für den tollen Aufenthalt recht Herzlich bei euch beiden und werde garantiert wiederkommen sollte ich Pescara erneut als Reiseziel wählen.😊 ##### Maicel B. Alles von der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis auf Wassertemperatur war einfach hervorragend! Gerade am Anfang haben wir ein kleiner willkommener Tisch bekommen. Für unser 6-jährige Tochter wurden vom Gastgeber Farbstifte und Zeichenblock vorbereitet, damit sie sofort mahlen könnte. Das Haus ist tatsächlich 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt, wo während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum Menschen gab, und man könnte täglich beliebige Platz nehmen. Die Restaurants aller Art sind 2 bis 10 Minuten vom Haus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strände sind ausschließlich aus Sand mit ebene Eintrittsfläche. Kinderbereiche sind mit Wellenbrecher geschützt, was das Baden für ein Kind leicht und lustig macht. Für Erwachsene gibt es auch tiefere Bereiche, wo man vernünftig schwimmen kann. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen, und neben dem Haus gab es überhaupt kein Problem mit Parkplätzen. Der Vermieter war immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und hat uns mit Empfehlungen und Unterstützung immer sofort geholfen. Am Ende haben wir sogar noch ein Geschenk mit lokalen Getränken und Leckerchen bekommen! Wie gesagt, super Menschen, super Lage, super Wohnung! Nur weiter zu empfählen! ##### Alexander U. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein Willkommens Start Paket. Betten sowie Bettwäsche waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Die Lage war außerordentlich gut. Von der Wohnung bis zum Strand 50 Meter. Das Wasser und unser Strandabschnitt waren sehr sauber. Wir waren am Strandabschnitt bei Luca. Ein unbeschreiblich netter, zuvorkommender und fleißiger Mann der mit seiner wunderbaren Familie den ganzen Strandabschnitt mit liebe und lebensfreude meistert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Preise am Strand waren fair und haben das Preisleitungsverhältnis mehr als abgedeckt. Vielen Dank an Luca und seine wunderbare Familie. Sehr nette und freundliche Anwohner. In der nähe gibt es Geschäfte in denen man Alltagsgegenstände sowie Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Mit dem Auto sind sogar in 5-10 Minuten mehrere große Geschäfte erreichbar in denen so gut wie alles erhältlich ist. Unsere Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Standen uns jederzeit für Fragen oder Hilfestellung zur verfügung. Wir hatten das Gefühl zur Familie zu gehören. Man könnte sagen das wir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt haben. Wir sind mit der Familie auch nach unserem Urlaub in Kontakt geblieben da es wunderbare Menschen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit sicherheit wieder kommen.
