The room was immaculate. The staff was very accommodating and helped bring our luggage upstairs. I thought the property had an elevator and when we arrived and heard our room was 4 flights of stairs, I was concerned for my husband who was fighting a fever/cold. Without asking they moved us down one floor. I was extremely thankful for that.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

"The hotel is outside of Modena so you would want a car. But it was a lovely stay and great value. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely amazing. We had dinner there and the food was superb and beautifully presented. The wait staff were fabulous! Breakfast was excellent too!"
