About this property
Romantic cottage, cared for and comfortable, near the seaside and the village
- The little cottage, now completely restructured, was already known in Montescudaio at the beginning of the century. Housewives used to bring their baskets full of laundry here and spend time in this idyllic place, working and chatting. Today this 48 square metre stone cottage is just 600 metre from the village centre and has become a romantic place for relaxing with its splendid view over the surrounding hills. Furnished with much love, this house has a studio apartment of approximately 30 square metres with cooking area, dining table, chairs and fireplace on one side, and a double bed on the other. It all makes a cared for, comfortable atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. A small terrace in front of the house invites you to eat your meals outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Car parking is next to the house. A romantic corner for two!
