It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. "We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc."

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect.
