Well-kept furnishings. Completely renewed. Ideal geographical context. In the countryside but a few minutes from the towns, villages, spas and the sea. A few minutes from medieval villages such as Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima. Archaeological and natural parks nearby. The farm has been finely restored paying particular attention to maintaining the typical Tuscan rustic style. The structure is in fact both inside and outside in "exposed stone" with handmade brick arches and ceilings, a reason for pride and uniqueness of our holiday home. The farm consists of two types of apartment both advertised on the Homelidays website, announcement HDTI 6120402: A) Two-room apartment on the ground floor with veranda where it is also possible to have lunch. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial TV, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter , mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer. B) Three-room apartment on the 1st floor with a large half-covered terrace where you can also eat with a view of the pool and garden. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single or double beds according to your needs, 1 living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, air conditioning, heating with heat pump for the winter, mosquito nets on the windows, hairdryer. The two apartments have been carefully designed by the owner, who maintaining the atmosphere of the typical Tuscan country house with exposed interiors and vaults, handmade brick arches, has made them elegant and very comfortable. Plenty of shaded parking on site too. The site has plenty of trees and grass that add a lovely feel. The onsite swimming pool is clean and a good size with parasols and deck chairs. There are play areas for kids though they could do with a bit of a spruce up. Supermarkets are 15 minutes away and gltuen free is widely sold in them (though less so in restaurants near by). The manager speaks little English but translation apps meant we had few problems. He keeps the place clean and tidy and offers tips whenever you ask via the apps. Bigger towns are further afield, Pisa or Volterra being the nearest. But there’s enough nearby to keep you busy. ##### Martin S. Einige Dinge sind uns aber trotz allem ein wenig negativ aufgefallen. Wenn man ein bisschen genauer hinschaut, ist die Anlage doch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sprich, die Fliesen fallen zum Teil fast von der Wand, genau wie die Küchenzeile und Kleiderschrank. Rund um den Pool sollte man den Boden auch einmal renovieren. Abgesehen davon, ist es eine super Feriendestination und wenn Alles Instandgesetzt ist, können wir es auch ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen. ##### Andr H. Good base to see lots of the surrounding area. Suvereto was a find. Despite the owner not having great English Got by very easily. Not a 5 star hotel with posh fixtures and fittings, but would recommend it and happily return. ##### David H. Bellissima vacanza di due settimane nella più totale quiete! Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, ordinato e pulito, al primo piano, con un ampio terrazzo fresco perfettamente vivibile (insieme alla bimba e al nostro cagnolone ci divertivamo ad osservare i trattori al lavoro e le rondini ed i passerotti che volavano in continuazione intorno all’appartamento). La piscina è semplicemente stupenda, sia per gli adulti, ma anche per i bimbi, che hanno a disposizione una vasca più piccola, adatta “alla loro altezza”. La mia piccolina di tre anni si è lanciata per la prima volta a nuotare da sola senza braccioli!!!!!! Molto curato anche lo spazio verde intorno alla casa, abbiamo gradito tantissimo le uova delle simpatiche galline di casa, i pomodori, l'insalata e le prugne dell'orto..... Un ritorno ai veri sapori dei cibi! I proprietari sono sempre presenti e molto disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Un saluto ai teneri coniglietti e a Giò e Flora, le micie di casa, che hanno fatto da “cavie” alla nostra piccola peste (alla fine della vacanza Aurora voleva regalare il suo ciuccio a Flora, ma lei non l’ha voluto!!). A 10/15 minuti di distanza si arriva al mare, ma per noi è stato molto più rilassante e comodo trascorrere le giornate qui. Alla sera però spesso andavamo fuori, soprattutto nella vivace San Vincenzo. A pochi km dalla casa abbiamo trovato tantissimi ristoranti nei quali abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Il nostro appartamento non era molto grande ma siamo stati bene, con la comodità della piscina e le cose da fare per i bambini: giochi e anche gli animali da andare a vedere! Gros manque de rangements dans la S de B, aucun placard, donc tous les produits sont par terre.Un peu juste aussi dans la cuisine. Grande armoire dans la chambre, mais sans étagères. Beaucoup de mouches et moustiques, plus le chant du coq ! Sinon très belle piscine. Ce fut malgré tout un séjour très agréable, belles vacances.
