From the windows of Casanova di Lucignano, you can see the rolling hills stretching out below: just as the estate once overlooked the surrounding lands, today the agritourism
is still located within the farm managed by the Nardi family. The farm—certified and recognised as an organic operation—cultivates grains and olive trees
. This coming November will see the first, eagerly anticipated olive harvest, followed by the start of production of a healthy and authentic organic olive oil.
