LIVING AREA The welcoming living area is outfitted with seating for the group, a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a desk. KITCHEN & DINING The newly renovated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. When it's time to dine, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have patio access. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The outdoor haven features multiple areas to relax in the shade with a crisp beverage. Host an afternoon cookout and make use of the gas grill. Located about 10 min from the ocean, down the street from a Safeway and within 15 min of the Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, Pebble beach and Laguna Seca racetrack. Updates to the house were nice. Had an issue with black ants in the kitchen, Vacasa sent a team to spray and bring some ant killer. We didn’t let them spray but the baits were placed and did the job. Backyard patio and seating is really nice.
