I'm an artist who came into town for an opening in Carmel. I was in the last building on the 2nd floor. Though the place was full each night, there was plenty of parking. It seemed well constructed and quiet. My favorite part was the good, strong shower! I would recommend it for the budget-minded traveller! It is also centrally located to everything on the Monterey Peninsula."
