"Spacious condo, Great accomodations, and located walking distance to Corso Ovidio, Viale Comunale, and Piazza Garibaldi. Giardini bar/pizzeria located 2 mins away. Nothing missing. 1 negative comment : When there are tenants in the adjacent apartment next door, you hear them quite clearly. especially from the room with the name Laura on the door. I think the bathroom in that unit is just behind the wall. "

"The loft was lovely and spacious. The internal arched brick design was architecturally beautiful. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay"

"If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in...
