"We had a lovely stay. The service was incredible. The place is run by 2 sisters and their Mamma. Mamma's food in the restaurant was SO good! (Book when you check in. It's homestyle Italian (homemade pastas, grilled meats...) Things you will want to know if you are American or from northern Europe... "Hotel Maja was a great place to stay. It's right on the coastal road with the beach across the street. Service and hospitality were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with the downtown area of Pescara is very walkable. Pescara downtown is a happening place with many restaurants and bars open late into the evening. The breakfast was great also."
