Very friendly welcoming staff, nice room, great gym!

We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, the host kindly provided both baby chair and cot for us. Theres plenty of room for him to run around and play. The location was perfect, close to the sea promenade with resturants and a kids playground for our son to play in after dinner. There's also a sizable supermarket that's a short walk to get water and groceries for our breakfast (which the kitchen had everything we needed). Its also a very easy walk to Kotor old town, so you don't have to navigate...

What a fabulous hotel the staff were fantastic the food was excellent the only slight downside was the wine was a little expensive but it was a quality wine not cheap stuff The whole experience was great and I wish I was still there

Very good hotel with really nice up to high standards rooms. Great value for money, large comfortable beds and friendly and helpful stuff since the moment we arrived. Upon check-in we were offered a drink, to which we asked for coffees, which were great and a nice unexpected touch. We were very tired as we drove from Tirana for many hours after huge traffic on the road so this coffee came from heaven at that moment. You're messaging --- We were very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with weak coffee, tap water, and what seemed like leftover lukewarm orange juice from the previous day in the machine. The dining room manager was rude and irritable. In the evening, there was no hot water in the shower. The towels were old and rough. Definitely not recommended. ---

We really enjoyed our day at viola. The staff were so friendly and my favourite part was the breakfast. It was indeed a nice experience

Well, what can I say! Pure luxury comfort and unique. Just wonderful! I cannot wait to return. An excellent opportunity to experience a quietly magical experience at this time of year!

THE HOTEL STAFF, RECEPTION, WAITERS IN THE RESTAURANT AND BAR WERE EXCELLENT, BUT THE HIGH SPOT WAS THE HOTEL DRIVER AND CAR. I HIRED THIS GENTLEMEN TWICE. The sea view from the balcony of my room was magnificant. I absolutely loved just sitting there and enjoying the view. The staff were really friendly and lovely. Perfect for anyone looking for a hotel with a private beach and halal food. Its only few minutes walk from the old town and there is another beautiful beach only few minutes away.

Absolutely stunning views and Family room was a great size. Dining is not very child based and expensive but nice for adults. We did have issues with the hot water but I suspect we did this ourselves!
