This is a lovely property in the heart of the old district of the city and within walking distance to many places. The breakfast room is very inviting and they offer a wonderful buffet and the palazzo is immaculate. But there are a few caveats to be aware of:
There is only someone at reception during certain hours, so they will send instructions for entering if you’re arriving when no one is there. Also, the palazzo is located on a street that’s not easily accessible for cars, so a taxi needs to drop off or pick up around the block, which may be a problem with navigating with luggage over old cobblestones. The room was multi-level, with a sleeping loft upstairs with only a partial handrail and there were also steps to the bathroom, so if accessibility is an issue, this is not a good choice.
