After much discussions, we were given a new room in the 4th floor. The new room was updated and cleaner. No clothes iron nor hair dryer in the room. Buy when requested, staff were able to accommodate right away. Check in seemed to take a long time. Checkout was ok. Seems there is only 1 staff in the reception area and security had to find someone to help during checkout. Perhaps staffing should be managed better by management. Security in the front entrance was excellent. Staff were courteous and professional. Management need to maintain the rooms better. Would not come back.
