8.8/10 Excellent! (369 reviews)
My first day/night was not good. I was in a room that faced the traffic. Even with the shutters closed, it did nothing to alleviate the noise. The traffic didn't stop until midnight.
The next morning I asked if I could be moved. Thankfully a room facing the quiet courtyard was found.
Breakfast was very good, with many choices in a charming historic room.

The spa needs some maintenance and the overall vib of the hotel needs to be improved. It wasn’t a bad stay but there should be improvement at the property.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand ..."
