The resort itself was outstanding, the ocean view was simply breathe taking no complaints there but in other areas the issues commenced at at checking. The checking process was slowed and delayed by an hour for room cleaning. when the room was finally ready the room was still not put together. We called several time throughout the night trying to get wash rag and towels and no one delivered them. The following day my niece had to report to the front desk and refused to leave until towels and wash rags were provided. In addition to that, no water or juices into what was suppose to be an all-inclusive fully stocked room. Again, a call to the front desk was made for water and no one delivered. These were only the beginning of what would be a nightmare of a vacation. This experience was honesty the worst travel experience I've ever had, and that's saying a lot considering the fact that I travel quite frequently. I cannot remember one good day on this resort and I was there for five day. I was so miserable I wanted to check out after day 1. why didn't I you might ask , well the reason is because I really wanted to believe that it was only a rough beginning and that things would get better but it did not. I don't think I have ever complained so much in my entire life as I did on this vacation. It was horrible! At first I thought I was the only one, and perhaps I was being too fussy until others we met on the resort started to talk about similar issues they were experiencing.
