Nice property with a few glitches. Our top floor room got sauna-level warm without the heat being turned on because of heating system flaw that required us to keep the windows open. Our door latch handle kept dropping off onto the carpet. Fresh orange juice for breakfast! B-grade breakfast pastries. Self-serve coffee machine! Hard-boiled eggs only.

Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!
