The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, with the train station, the beach and plenty of shopping just a short walk away. The housekeeping and breakfast were both excellent. The property is close to the sea and you can easily go for a walk along the seafront at night.
Poor information at check-in and various requests not attended or had to wait more than one day.

Enjoyed the experience of the hotel from the start. The check in process was easy. The room was clean and had a nice view of the sea. The pool was well kept and the availability of the beach chairs was excellent. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Will definitely be back.

"Used the hotel as a stopover coming off the ferry in Brindisi. Comfortable hotel, but AC was not working too well. Parking on the hotel grounds could get a bit tight during peak season unless they have an overflow lot somewhere."

"The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room ..."
