"This property had its day but long passed now. The spa area is very dirty. Unscrubbed tiles, unkempt grounds & outdoor common areas. The thermal pools were lukewarm, dirty, & jets not fully functioning. The lobby area and dining room are nice but staff is rude and haughty with the impression they are still in the grandiose days of yore."

Restaurants in the hotel but also close by - hotel is huge- we preferred the atmosphere of the restaurant next door. Room was large and comfortable, though felt a bit dated. "We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. Nice Breakfast and friendly staff. "
