The holiday apartment Appartamento 1 is located in Montecatini Val di Cecina and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 36 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as air conditioning.  
  
During your stay, you may use a shared outdoor area with two pools (open from Easter to November), a garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. A shared laundry is available for an extra fee.
