Top class hotel and great value

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend and also great value.

Pleasant littl ehotel in a veryhandy location

We were greeted by a very helpful and polite chap who spoke exceLlent English and he happily talked us through the features available in the hotel and the town. He made several great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and pleasnatly served. The bed wsn't the comfiest, but not too bad. The location is very handy too. The free parking 5 minutes walk away wa easy and convenient to. Not a lot open on a Monday night so the local cafe was the only real option, but that was fine.Small quiet hotel with friendly happy staff. What more do you want?

Superb Accommodation

Stay here and it will make your holiday! This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at during a month's tour. Carlo is an excellent host and really goes the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Top quality accommodation at a great price, very comfortable bed and great location. A fantastic breakfast was included with an excellent selection - freshly cooked and baked by the friendly and helpful Barbara. Very highly recommended.

Perfect location

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, Free filtered cold water you can fill in glass bottles anytime which is very handy when its hot outside. Location is perfect if you want to travel to Pisa or Florence by train. Train station is less than 10 min walk. Many caffes and restaurants close by. 5 min walk to all the shops , amenities and places to see. Definitely recommend it.

Good value hotel.

Well located near the centre of the city, with free car parking in a public car park 5 minutes away. The owner was very nice and helpful. There's an honesty bar and a few tables and chairs outside if you want to sit and watch the world go by. We paid a little extra for a small suite and felt it was worth it for the additional space. Breakfast was good continental fare with nice coffee. Overall good value for money.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Close to railway, city center and terme. Very noisy young people nearby in another building, soundproof windows minimate noise. Generally there are too many young people in the town, who are extremly noisy and what is not acceptable in a termal city.

Amazing times so close the Florence/Superior accom

Hope you enjoy your stay as I could have , reealy great place to accomodation for countryside of Florence. There are lots of activities around Montecatini Terme. And just so close to the Florence center by train for an hour trip. Sinyor receptionist really much muzh more experience and smile person. You can get lots of suggestion about Florence trip. Nice to visit Bartolini Hotel fro accomodation and also hospitality. Amazing times for us.

We missed our train and arrived at 1am :( Being as very small hotel, the reception closes around 930pm unless you get in touch with theanager to arrange a late check in. Well, we were greeted at 1am and it was smooth from that moment until check out two days later very cosy and nice hotel, and breakfast, which was included , was delightful, just as the person who served us. Located close to shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. I recommend 100 times for your stay 9j Montecatini Tempe. Thanks again!!!

It wasn't as explained on the website. They didn't had any coffee in the room and its not located in Florence and had to travel one hour to get to the Florence city centre. Limited sitting and dining area and it looked like a carehome it was also so boring. Never go there again.

Ottima struttura

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura 2 notti per partecipare al Lucca Summer Festival (a Lucca c'erano prezzi altissimi!), camera Superior con colazione inclusa. La camera era bellissima, con un bagno grande e confortevole (doccia maxi con luci colorate!). La colazione ha la seguente formula: dolce a buffet, salato a scelta da un menù e preparato sul momento (la signora alle colazioni gentilissima!), tutto abbondante. In camera c'è una bottiglia d'acqua che è consentito refillare accanto alla zona colazione. Straconsiglio la struttura, alla reception danno anche indicazioni su cosa visitare in zona (organizzano anche tour guidati, ma senza pressare per acquistarli). L'albergo non ha parcheggio, ma dopo lo scarico bagagli si può parcheggiare gratuitamente a poca distanza.
