Star’s in the morning.
The hotel is sandwiched between the highway in the front, and train tracks behind. Got to the room, and the air conditioning was not on. We were told to adjust from there, which we did, before going out for dinner. The vault in our room was not functioning properly, desk came up to try and fix but not possible, and we had to carry our valuables. Returning to the room much later after dinner, we realized that the air was not functioning. They reset the system from the front desk and asked us to try again. After an hour, there was still no air. Called down, to let them know, and they graciously offered to change room. Child was already asleep, so we remained. The beds were like trying to ride a rollercoaster. High centre and flopping from side to side, in the heat. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged food. The only four stars I saw from this hotel, were from my back in the morning, due to uncomfortable beds. We were scheduled to stay for two days. We checked out that day, and they gave us a 10% discount to compensate. Appreciated, but did not have a pleasant stay.

Dear Claudio, unfortunately, as communicated by the receptionist on duty the air conditioning in your room was broken and we were not able to fix it until the next morning with the technician. We therefore proposed a change of room that would have solved the problem, that you didn't accept. The elements of our breakfast (such as pies, cakes, muffins, jams, marmelades, scrambled eggs, bacon etc ...) are made or cooked entirely by our chef apart from Nutella and honey, which are in single portions, maybe you are referring to gluten-free products, which are single portions for obvious reasons of contamination risk. Unfortunately the position of the hotel cannot be changed, that is the reasen why our windows are sound-proofed. We are sorry to read that your stay was not pleasant, we would be happy to welcome you again to give us the opportunity to remedy.

Struttura fantastica!
Fantastico hotel per qualità e servizi. Accoglienza ottima. Camera molto bella, pulita e spaziosa. Unica nota negativa è l'insonorizzazione tra le camere: la mattina siamo stati svegliati dall'ospite della camera adiacente che parlava (con tono normale) al telefono. Per il resto tutto bene. Ottima colazione con varietà di prodotti anche per persone intolleranti al lattosio e/o glutine. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina gratuita dopo le 18 per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato una sera al bistrò dell'hotel...il ristorante molto rinomato purtroppo era chiuso per ferie. Nel complesso la struttura è fantastica!

Bij aankomst even schrikken. Het hotel ligt buiten de plaats Montabello, tussen Verona en Padua, en ingeklemd tussen een tolweg en een spoorlijn. Al gauw bleek dat je geen last hebt van de weg en de spoorlijn gaf ook geen ongemak. Het is een nieuw en modern ingericht hotel met een knipoog naar het verleden. Het geheel is ruim opgezet met een groot en gezellig terras en verzorgd zwembad. Het ontbijt is luxe en de bediening is vriendelijk en attent. Onze kamer, op de tweede verdieping, aan de noordzijde, was voor twee volwassenen en een puberdochter niet al te ruim. De badkamer is krap en de mogelijkheid hier iets van je af te leggen te beperkt. Verder heeft de kamer een klein raam en is daardoor (te) donker. De kamer, en dat geldt voor het hele hotel, is brandschoon. Italianen uit de omgeving komen er ook eten of drinken er ‘s avond een drankje. Over een dancefeest op een vrijdagavond zijn we tijdens de boeking netjes over geïnformeerd. De avond was gezellig en we gingen gewoon wat later slapen. We gaan er graag weer naar toe maar “kiezen” dan wel kamer met een groter raam. Kortom, een mooi, schoon, centraal gelegen hotel met toegewijde en vriendelijke bediening.

Très bon hôtel. Piscine très agréable, bon petit déjeuner. Prêt de l’autoroute mais très bien insonorisé. Personnels très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Bon point de base pour visiter Vérone , très jolie ville.

Struttura sempre piacevole, pulita e curata. Colazione eccellente così come il personale. Camera assolutamente insonorizzata per l’esterno, ma tra una camera e l’altra si sente tutto anche russare 🙃… le pareti sono davvero sottili. Nel complesso la struttura comunque assolutamente consigliata.

Confortevole, accogliente. Materiali usati, mirati alla realizzazione della struttura per un’ottima coibentazione e insonorizzazione. Soffitto con travi a vista in camera davvero oltre che bello, molto accogliente e suggestivo. Colazione molto buona, ottime le crostate, le brioches e la marmellata; spremuta fresca fatta al momento, ulteriore punto a favore. Pulizia perfetta, personale gentilissimo e disponibile dalla reception, al bar, alle pulizie! Suggerirei semplicemente magari di aggiungere un porta spazzolini da denti. Per il resto tutto perfetto, non abbiamo provato il ristorante, ma l’ambiente è molto carino, la prossima volta.

Albergo comodo e piacevole
camera confortevole, mansardata; biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità, WiFi ben funzionante, bagno e doccia perfettamente funzionanti; la finestra è un po' piccola e si apre solo a vasistas. Per il nostro cane erano stati predisposti in camera un tappetino e una ciotola, ed è stato trattato con grande affetto e cordialità. Il bistrò offre ottimi piatti e una birra eccellente. Servizio cordiale e rapido. Aree esterne enormi, con laghetto, prati e allevamento di galline, fagiani e caprette. Il gallo che canta al mattino è di eccezionale puntualità! Un soggiorno di lavoro ma molto piacevole.

Der Wellness Bereich war zu und obwohl das Haus offensichtlich mehr oder weniger leer war haben wir Zimmer unter dem Dach bekommen, wo das Fenster auf Höhe das Fußboden war und man nur hinaus schauen konnte wenn man am Boden kniete. Schade. Restaurant und Spa geschlossen

Struttura bella colazione da rivedere
Struttura molto bella ben riscaldata in ogni ambiente. Camera bella è silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia. Buon ristorante interno molto importante in questo periodo di COVID. Nota dolente è stata la colazione direi insufficiente e non all’altezza della struttura che è un quattro stelle. Per chi si accontenta di quello che era esposto, un caffè brioche vuota e un succo allora va bene. Forse bisogna chiedere? Allora meglio esporre cartello che alcune pietanze sono forniti su richiesta così da permettere a chi mangia salato a colazione maggiore soddisfazione.

Buongiorno, la ringrazio per il suo appunto sulla colazione. Purtroppo in tempo di COVID non ci è possibile esporre il buffet come era nostra abitudine, è possibile però trovare sempre sul nostro buffet: brioches vuote che si possono riempire con nutella e 3 gusti di marmellate- miele - burro - formaggio spalmabile - almeno 1 tipo di torta fatta in casa -cereali e muesli - uvetta - noci - yogurt - pane - fette biscottate - frutta fresca - uova sode - e una vasta selezione di prodotti per celiaci. Non esposto davanti - in quanto purtroppo i clienti non sempre attendono il servizio e si servono da soli anche per gli alimenti per cui c'è il divieti di self-service - c'è il vassoio con affettati e formaggi. Succhi, spremute e bevande calde vengono proposti e serviti direttamente dal personale.

Viaggio tanto, ma quando trovo luoghi come questo, mi soffermo a spendere due minuti non per redigere una recensione, ma lasciare un ringraziamento per il trattamento ricevuto. L'accoglienza e' stata ottima, la pulizia della struttura e della camera straordinaria. Il tutto contornato da una serie di accorgimenti, che fanno notare la professionalità e l'attenzione nel rendere calda l'atmosfera del luogo. In fine i complimenti più sinceri vanno anche all'ottimo ristorante ed alla qualità dei vini proposti. Se dovessi tornare a Vicenza per lavoro, senza dubbio confermerò il mio pernottamento al "Fracanzana Hotel". Grazie ancora per la Vostra ospitalità e cortesia.

Nonostante inizialmente la posizione ci sia sembrata poco invitante, così com'è piazzato tra l'autostrada e la ferrovia, in realtà l'Hotel Fracanzana si è rivelato davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso: pulitissimo, elegante, con personale sorridente, professionale e accogliente. Ideale per le famiglie, con la sua piscina, il parco e gli animali, ma perfetto anche per coppie, per gruppi di amici o anche solo per un viaggio di lavoro. Non lasciate il Fracanzana senza aver mangiato almeno una volta nel suo ristorante!!! Sarebbe un vero peccato... Ci torneremo di certo!!!
