"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Mazatlán! The property itself was beautiful, with stunning architecture that gave it so much charm and character. Its central location made everything so convenient—we could easily walk to shops, dining options, and plenty of local attractions. The beach and the boardwalk were just a short walk away, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable.
The staff were absolutely amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed. They kept the property spotless, and we truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Olga, who took such wonderful care of our room each day and made our stay feel even more comfortable.
Transportation was never an issue either; right outside the property we always found friendly and affordable options to take us to nearby areas that were just as beautiful and fun to visit. The food choices were fantastic, offering a variety of cultural flavors, but the seafood in particular was absolutely outstanding—we couldn’t get enough!
We were completely enamored with Mazatlán and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’re already looking forward to visiting this vibrant city and staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
