In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options.
The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas.

My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants.
