It is located on the Marche hills and being only 15 minutes from the Adriatic coast, it enjoys a wonderful sea view. The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and centuries-old plants. It is surrounded by a large garden with lawns and flower beds of roses, geraniums, hydrangeas and an organic vegetable garden whose products can be collected by guests. It has a swimming pool and a putting green for golf. In the villa there are six bedrooms with five bathrooms for 11 people all with air conditioning. From the ground floor through the patio you enter the tavern and the bathroom for external use. In the tavern, in addition to a relaxation area there is a large 18-seater oak table, a fireplace for grilling, a wood-burning oven for pizzas, an electric and microwave oven as well as everything needed for cooking lunches and dinners, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The external staircase gives access to the first floor consisting of day and night areas. The day area consists of the living room and a kitchen area for breakfasts and quick meals, fully equipped, and a spiral staircase to go up to the attic. The sleeping area has three double bedrooms located on a corridor which leads to the bathroom, wardrobe and laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and toilet. From the living area a corridor leads to two bedrooms with single beds served by a bathroom with tub-shower. It leads up to the attic from the living area via a spiral staircase and is composed of a bathroom, a study with armchairs and a double bedroom with air conditioning. The whole structure is air conditioned with air conditioning. In every area of the villa, internally and externally, swimming pool and garden you can use the wi-fi. A large parking area is available to guests. Cascina Ottalevi has an outdoor swimming pool (7x15m, height 120-165 cm), heated shower, eight sun loungers with towels, three pool cushions and three umbrellas. The chlorination of water is biological by saline electrolysis from the NaCl molecule therefore the water is slightly saline. It is surrounded by wooden flooring, meadows, aromatic plants and olive trees. The swimming pool is accessed from the house via a staircase decorated with oleanders. Next to the driveway, separated by roses and shaded by oaks, a professional 200 m² Putting Green on several levels in "agrostis stolonifera" and a Driving Rance of m. 280 in length. The turf is always carefully shaved by the owner to reserve a particularly well-kept golf course for guests. Guests will have access to the entire structure which is reserved for them, with the exception of a ground floor apartment which will remain closed in the summer. Pets are allowed as long as they are small in size. Echter waren er enkele zaken waar we helemaal niet tevreden mee waren. In de advertentie spreken ze over 5 badkamers. Er zijn bij de kamers maar 3 beschikbaar. En op het gelijkvloers 1 voor als je in het zwembad bent geweest. Dit was voor ons een groot probleem. Het water van het zwembad was ijskoud! Dit terwijl er gesproken wordt over een verwarmd zwembad. Ook wordt er in de advertentie gesproken over een hottub. Er was geen hottub aanwezig. Hierdoor hebben we heel weinig kunnen zwemmen. Er waren 2 keukens maar er was er maar 1 die gebruikt kon worden en was telkens net genoeg bestek voor 1 maaltijd. Het heeft ook geregend. En het regende binnen in de enige werkende keuken. De elektriciteit viel ook regelmatig uit. Ons verblijf was voor ons dus matig. Voor deze prijs wat teleurstellend. ##### stijn C. Salzwassepool sauber und erfrischend. Eigentümer kommt jeden Morgen zur Reinigung des Pools. Liegen und Schirme am Pool ausreichen vorhanden. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Mückennetzte in der Küche sollten teilweise erneuert werden, da an 2 Türen komplett zerrissen. Schlafzimmer schön, geräumig und klimatisiert. Alles in allen eine runde & stimmige Angelegenheit. Vorallem der großzügige und wunderschön angelegte Garten sind toll. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich stets gut gekümmert. Leider können wir kein Italienisch, aber Alarico hat sich sogar um einen Übersetzer gekümmert. Leider hat das WLAN nur so mittelmäßig funktioniert, da die Wände des Hauses sehr dick sind. Traumhaftes Haus mit traumhaften Pool und wunderschönem Ausblick. Viel Platz und Ruhe zum Entspannen. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell im nächsten Ort mit Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Pizzeria. Bis zum Meer sind es ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und schaut regelmäßig nach dem Rechten und ob alles passt. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. Das Anwesend ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und reagiert sofort auf Probleme . La proprietà è molto bella, con ampi spazi ed un giardino molto ben tenuto. La piscina ha una posizione splendida, gode del sole sin dalle prime luci del giorno permette ha la vista sul territorio circostante. Inoltre è presente anche un grande putting green per gli appassionati di golf. Una nota particolare peril proprietario, il signor Alarico, che oltre a curare personalmente che tutto sia in ottime condizioni, è sempre disponibile per le richieste degli ospiti e a dare consigli sui vari posti da visitare. Plenty of room, large grounds and swimming pool with spectacular views. Modern furnishings and kitchens, bathrooms. Alarico the owner was a charming man and very helpful. The scenery was amazing, the pool was well-kept and the villa was nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful villages by the sea, Senigallia and Fano, were 30 minutes drive away. We also visited some nice wineries nearby. Overall, everything worked well and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only negative point was that there was no proper air-conditioning. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the villa and would come back anytime. ##### Johanna K. La casa è tenuta benissimo dal proprietario e ben curata, proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile... ogni mattina presto passava anche a pulire la piscina!!! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, il posto è immerso nella campagna, circondato da colline, ma in 10 minuti con la macchina si raggiunge il mare, supermercato e ristoranti sono vicini e raggiungibili sempre con la macchina. Il proprietario è stato veramente gentile e molto carino con noi, presente ma per nulla invadente. Se proprio volessimo trovare un difetto a questa casa potremmo dire la mancanza di qualche pensile in cucina e qualche armadio nelle camere, ma a parte queste "piccolezze" consigliamo vivamente questa proprietà a chi volesse fare delle vacanze rilassanti. ##### ANNA C. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Vor allem vom sehr großzügigen Pool aus genießt man diesen Blick in die Weite. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in der Hügellandschaft in einer sehr weitläufigen und gepflegten Gartenanlage. Direkte Nachbarn gibt es keine. Alles ist recht neu und ansprechend renoviert. Der Vermieter hat im Haus (im EG) eine Wohnung und hält sich dort auch ab und zu auf. Die Schlafräume liegen alle im Obergeschoß, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Schade ist, dass es nicht in allen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage gibt, sondern nur im Zimmer unter dem Dach (die Beschreibung des Objektes weist darauf nicht hin; wir hatten anderes erwartet). Das kann im Sommer doch recht heiß werden und man ist gezwungen, mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen, um wenigstens etwas kühle Luft abzubekommen. Da leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vorhanden sind, hat man etwas mit Stechmücken zu kämpfen. Der Kühlschrank in der Hauptküche im EG ist für die Dimension des Hauses etwas klein, aber es befindet sich noch ein weiterer kleiner Kühlschrank oben in der Wohnung. Beide Kühlschränke bieten kein Eisfach, aber auf Nachfrage hat uns der Vermieter sein Eisfach im eigenen Keller zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und noch ziemlich neu. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. In ca. 2-3 Km Entfernung (Richtung Pergola) gibt es einen großen Supermarkt . Das Örtchen Monte Porzio bietet außer einer guten Gelateria und Pasticceria nichts weiter. Wenn man vom Haus aus den Hügel weiter nach oben fährt, findet man in ca. 3-4 km eine nette Trattoria "Montecucco". Ausflüge in die Örtchen in der Umgebung wie Corinaldo oder Mondavio sind zu empfehlen. In Senigallia gibt es unzählige gute Restaurants und Geschäfte. Ein sehr quirliges und lebhaftes Städtchen. Der Strandabschnitt ist im Sommer sehr überfüllt und sehr eng mit Liegen belegt. Uns hat es dort nicht gefallen und wir waren froh, dass wir die Ruhe und Idylle am eigenen Pool genießen konnten. Voor kinderen ( WiFi en een prachtig zwembad uitkijkend over de vallei met zonnebloemen, olijfbomen en in de verte de zee) en volwassenen. Ons wachtte een zeer hartelijk welkom door de eigenaar Alarico en zijn medewerkster Michela. Het huis en de tuin zijn met veel smaak ingericht en de keukens zijn volledig voorzien van alle gemakken. De heerlijke wijn van het bevriende wijnhuis Bruscia waar ook een rondleiding mogelijk is, is voorradig. De tuin en het onderhoud van het zwembad werden zeer discreet met behoud van onze privacy gedaan. Gezien de grootte van het huis is het prima met twee gezinnen te huren waarbij een ieder zijn privacy momenten kan pakken. De vriendelijke Italiaans sprekende eigenaar en zijn medewerkster die goed Duits en ook enig Engels spreekt hebben onze vragen en verzoeken op geweldige wijze opgepakt. Ze gaven tips van speciale concerten op speciale locaties waardoor dit alles extra bijzonder werd. Een plaats om terug te komen. ##### Marion V. We stayed here for a week with our children and my in-laws and it was just gorgeous. The location is super, the accommodation perfect and the views are amazing. The pool is one of the best that we've ever had in Italy, really big and well maintained, we were very spoiled. I love to eat outside whilst on holiday (not something I can always do in England) and I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any outdoor seating, but Alarico was very accommodating and did move one of his tables outside for me which was very sweet. We were very well looked after and in all, it was a terrific week. We did have to pay 100 Euros on arrival for cleaning though which we weren't expecting as thought it was included in the price, but overall I would highly recommend this property. ##### Julia E. ---
