We loved it and would stay again! The restaurants are a bit pricey, we asked for water and they brought us a $9 bottle. The alcoholic beverages are reasonable. Be sure to check your bill for gratuity and tip your servers accordingly! All of the staff everywhere was great; in the lobby, at the door, the pool, and at the beach! :)

The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all.
The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side.
The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment.
The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

Truly enjoyed our stay, staff made us feel right at home giving recommendations for food and excursions as well as showing hospitality with every encounter. Upon request, fresh beach towels, chairs, and clothing irons were provided. Housekeeping was always on point with every detail! The bed was our highlight, huge, clean and super comfy. Will come back :)

The breakfast was a huge convenience. There were a variety of things to choose from. The staff were friendly. The room had a bunch of small ant like bugs that were crawling on everything in the room. You could see the trail coming from behind the closet. The room had areas of hair and dirt in corners ...
