Excellent hotel, the service it self was excellent but service by waiters at the pool was terrible they never check on us, they not even walk by you and when they do they said they are not the person assigned to that area, not the service expected in this kind of hotel. Service 18% is included so they don’t need to work for the tip.

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

I actually loved the hospitality being honest. I didn’t see not one out of place face on the staff . Area is quite . Walk to arena was 15 minutes flat . Felt safe. 5 stars Highly recommend

Everything was great. A good hotel for couples just looking for a room to relax in after a day full of activities. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially Chris who checked us in. Housekeeper came daily to replace the towels and sheets. Only downside was the shower caused a lot of water to spill out into our room due to there not being a door. But that was as expected, I knew about it at booking and we just threw down a few towels to contain the water, no biggie!

"This was a beautiful place. The staff cooked breakfast daily and even made a special effort to serve me Mofongo and it is not on the menu. It was so quiet and at night we heard the coqui sing.
