Gîte le balcon de montclard

At 1,000 meters altitude, the main house is nestled in nature, offering a cozy and peaceful setting. Enjoy total silence, broken only by birdsong. It's perfect for working, relaxing, or gathering with family for reunions, celebrations, or other occasions—especially with two gîtes available (accommodating up to 20-25 guests in total). Marvel at the splendid views of Mont Mouchet, the Cantal and Lozère mountains.



Numerous hiking trails are nearby. Swimming is possible at the La Chaise-Dieu lake, 18 km away, and there are pools in Brioude and Langeac (25 km). Canoeing and kayaking are available on the Allier River in Langeac. The house features a veranda, a large terrace with views, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and an open kitchen connected to the living and dining areas.
