"We checked in early just to drop off our luggage, charged an extra 50$. We were there less than 24hrs. The hotel did not smell good. The staff were not friendly. Unfortunately the pictures make this hotel look amazing for the price we paid. "

"My sister and I had a wonderful stay here. I came to see a doctor at the university hospital and didn’t know the area at all (we are from Montana), but based on reviews decided on this spot because we wanted something quiet. We pulled into the hotel and it was just as beautiful as the pictures or even more so. We arrived fairly late and the man at the front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful. We had a suite room which was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable! The spa was clean and perfectly heated. The little courtyard was beautiful with so many happy birds chirping. It was a great place to rest and spend some time (I never saw anyone else out there while we were there). The free breakfast was good - buffet style, it had the Belgium waffle maker, eggs, bagels, sausage, cereals etc. there was a Whole Foods and Target about a minute away which was convenient. If we have to come back to this doctor, I will 100% stay here again. "

"The rooms and common areas are very clean and has a good smell. The staff are friendly and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is always top notch and the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Minor things to address, safety lock broken/missing on adjoining room door and sink stopper handle needs repair."

"The dirtiest hotel I have seen in my lifetime They had me singing for non smoking and they gave me a room that that smelled so bad, they don’t check the condition of the room before they give the keys to the customer, I got back to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, they gave the keys to a new room that wasn’t cleaned, the house keeping person did not touch the room, I took pictures of that room and I got back to the front desk and showed them the pictures. They apologized to me and gave me the keys to another room, I told them to check the room before they give me the keys because I’m tired of going up and down. They went upstairs and checked and told me that they are going to give me a better room, an upgrade and they said based on their knowledge that room was fine for them. I went upstairs to check the room and I saw the room was dirty, toilet was dirty, the light switch was dirty and the sofa was dirty with black "

"Keys don’t work— gotta check with the front desk multiple times. Poor cleanliness. Alright staff. Good parking. On a winter night you have to walk outside for a while to be able to find your room after leaving the front desk."

"I had a very disappointing experience at The MC Hotel, Autograph Collection. I booked a two-night stay but was forced to leave after just one night due to the conditions of my room. I was placed on what appeared to be a fully operational amenity floor, and it was extremely loud—so much so that I was unable to sleep at all. To make matters worse, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room without prior notice, which felt like an oversight given availability should have allowed for a better fit. When I checked out early, the front desk associate assured me that I would only be charged for one night and advised me to follow up with Hotels.com. Unfortunately, that turned into a frustrating cycle of back-and-forth, with each party redirecting me to the other. Eventually, Hotels.com went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf—but the hotel ultimately denied any adjustment. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer care. After a 7-hour airport delay, we arrived exhausted, even shared our late-night food with the concierge, and still received a subpar experience in return. Being charged nearly $600 for a stay where I couldn’t even sleep—and had to leave early—is incredibly frustrating. Between the noise, the room placement, and the poor handling of a simple billing issue, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not return, nor would I recommend this property based on how this situation was handled."
