  • Le Balcon des Sources is a comfortable and completely renovated apartment located in the Hameau des Sources residence, just 300m from the Montbrun thermal baths. Combining modern comfort and Provençal charm, this accommodation is ideal for a spa treatment, a relaxing stay or a sports holiday. Its furnished balcony offers a magnificent view of the village and the mountains: shaded at lunchtime for your meals and sunny in the afternoon for your snacks and aperitifs.
    This T3 completely refurbished in March 2026 is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence with swimming pool heated to 27 degrees (May 15 to September 15). It includes:
    Two comfortable bedrooms with new bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bright living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a balcony with a nice village view, a washing machine, free parking and a bicycle room available to guests.
    Travellers have access to the entire accommodation as well as to the common areas of the residence: heated swimming pool, garden, ping-pong table, petanque courts, children's playgrounds... Everything can be done on foot: thermal baths, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants...
    Montbrun-les-Bains, in Drôme Provençale, is classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. More than 240 days of sunshine per year, recognised spa resort (cures and mini-cures).
    Nearby activities: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, tennis, municipal swimming pool... An ideal setting to recharge your batteries at the foot of Mont Ventoux
