Great little escape

Great location, quiet, walking distance to the beach, short drive or walkable to town, very clean, great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend staying here for a couple’s getaway weekend. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Cozy great apt and location

We had a wonderful stay across the street from a path to the ocean at a lovely property with a very nice and responsive owner. Every question was answered promptly, the place was spotless and easy to live in. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Montauk!

Peaceful escape in Montauk

We loved staying at Emma’s place. It was cozy, equipped with everything we needed and had a nice terrace overlooking the ocean. The beach was just down the road. It was clean and felt private. We would love to come back!

Wonderful place for a solo stay!

I wanted to treat myself to a quiet New Year's getaway and this place was perfect! Literally steps to the ocean, adorable fireplace and a less than 5-minute walk into town. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons, this should be your first choice!

This location is right on Old hwy...with ocean view. Great quiet spot. Emma was easy to work with and the unit had everything you would need. Small note...bring a bar soap. Towels, beach chairs, books etc...all. Wife and I had a nice get away.

Whales were included in our stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful little condo. The beach is just steps away and the pool and lounge areas are perfect. It's a short walk to town and many Montauk restaurants but also has everything you need to cook full meals if you want to do that instead. Our favorite part was watching whales from the back deck so bring your binoculars!

My stay was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Access to the beach across the street was very convenient. It is a mile to town, you can walk there easily. The property manager answered my questions immediately. I would definitely go back!
