Beautiful cottage attached to main house. Across the street from Montauk Downs Golf Course. One mile to town, train, bus, yoga, cycling, massage, gyms, restaurants, Atlantic and surfing. Two miles to dock and fishing or Gardner's Bay and Navy Beach. Living room with fireplace. Utility kitchen and outdoor grill. Private back yard.
