We want you to have an amazing stay, and these guidelines will ensure everyone’s comfort while also keeping things smooth with the neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure these rules are ones that you can follow. \*\* HOUSE RULES \*\* ➤ NO SMOKING: Smoking on the premises is prohibited. Violations will result in the loss of the security deposit and an additional de-smoking fee, totaling a $1,000 penalty. An ozone treatment will be necessary to remove the smell. ➤ QUIET HOURS: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm to preserve neighborhood peace. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined $250 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again. ➤ GUEST COUNT: Please inform us of the exact number of guests. The pool table and arcade games were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained for hours. The home was so spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was pristine and fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was spotless, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable stay! ##### Alexandra V. Stayed 1 night in Dec 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Aaron B. 2 Jan 2026 Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy There was a power outage but wasn’t made aware until the day of check-in, Xmas day with family hosting dinner. More importantly was not informed that the water was also powered by electricity, thus we weren’t able to flush toilets or hands…a big health/safety issue. And, the host did provide a generator, lanterns. We were unable to cook dinner & had to order for delivery. The host did not reimburse any funds for the power being out for most of the evening. In addition, the host attempted to charge extra for over night guests below what is advertised in the listing of 16, which we had far fewer over night guest.
